The Caribbean African Organization of Students is a non-profit student group at the University of Windsor.

CAOS was orginally named CARISSA and was established by ten international students who came from the Caribbean. The purpose of this group was to educate the student body with Caribbean issues and culture. In addition, the group wanted to offer fresh and innovative ways of learning. CARISSA made several contributions to the University of Windsor and Windsor community by offering tutoring for students who needed help with math and science. CARISSA even sponsored a child in Haiti and set up a scholarship fund for students.

Over the years, CARISSA was renamed CARICOM and made a few changes such as expanding their executive team, which was made up students with Caribbean and African descent. In 2004, the group was once again renamed to CAOS, which stood for Caribbean African Organization of Students, thus better representing all its members.
