MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
As we hurtle through life, there seems
to be little time to reflect on the past.
My volunteer involvement with the
Alumni Association has provided me with
gratifying opportunities to remember my
undergraduate and law school experiences
and to more fully appreciate the impact that
the University of Windsor has had on me
and my family.
Try to imagine your life without the
education and experiences that were afforded to you by this great
institution and think about the over 90,000 other alumni, living and
making a difference in 120 countries around the world. Our graduates
are the true, continuing measures of the value and success of
this University.
As you should be rightfully proud of your own personal
accomplishments, I would also encourage you to be a supporter
and an advocate for your alma mater. Contact our Alumni Office to
get more involved as a volunteer with our Board and committees
in organizing class reunions, special events, student mentoring, and
other initiatives.
Take some time to visit the campus to attend theatre, music and
athletic events, experience the excitement of the medical school, the
new Alumni Field and stadium, and the highly anticipated Centre for
Engineering Innovation.
Give as generously as you can in support of our Annual Giving
program, and consider making an everlasting financial gift through a
scholarship fund. Your involvement and contributions will ensure the
continued success and growth of your alma mater.
