A speaking engagement with Daphne Ripley.

Daphne Ripley (Windsor '99) is an associate in the Ottawa office of Smart & Biggar / Fetherstonhaugh. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School, where she was awarded a prize for the highest standing in an Intellectual Property course in 1999. She received both her Honours Bachelor of Science degree and her Master's degree in Chemistry from Queen's University. She became a registered trade-mark agent in 2001 and a registered patent agent in 2002.

She will be speaking on the topic of building a career in Patent Law.

Light refreshments will be served in the Faculty Lounge after Ms. Ripley's talk.

WIPIT will hold its first meeting in the Faculty Lounge after the talk.
