Law I Access to Justice - J.D. This course examines the role of law, legal institutions and lawyers in social change relating to Access to Justice. The course includes an examination of the idea of Access to Justice and an overview of its implication for courts and legislatures. The course will concentrate on critical consideration of the decision-making processes and outcomes of administrative agencies.
