The Arts and Science program is an elite program.
It is designed for studentswho excel in the traditional
sciences but appreciate the arts and social sciences. This
program is ideal for individualswho understand that today’s
problems in diverse areas like health care, the environment
and economic growth require technical skills and an
understanding of history, culture and philosophy.
The Arts and Science degree offers valuable experience
in research into issues of personal and public concern. It
provides for studies in science and develops communication,
information-processing and critical-thinking skills.
You can design your programtomatch your interests and
career aspirations.
The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences offers
programs in the fine arts, social sciences, and a robust
selection of the humanities.
Our Faculty of Science offers laboratory experiences,
research opportunities and undergraduate thesis possibilities
formany programs.
Bachelor of Arts and Science (Honours)
Combines courses fromscience, social science, art and the
humanities
Limited to students with 80% and above
Can be customized with a variety of available programs
Majors - 12 courses; minors - 6 courses
Select courses are reserved only for Arts and Science majors
