PROGRAM AND ADMISSIONS GUIDE
2014/2015
The environment is defined as everything that surrounds
us. Environmental Studies is not only about natural
environments, but also about built environments, social
environments, organizational environments, and all of
the sets of relationships between them.
The Bachelor of Environmental Studies program
introduces you to the range of social, cultural, economic,
political, legal and ethical factors affecting human
interaction with the environment. You will acquire literacy
in the physical and biological sciences.
The Environmental Studies program blends widely
diverse academic disciplines to create a one-of-a-kind
learning experience.
