It is a pleasure to announce the 26th
International Acoustical Imaging Symposium to be held in Windsor,
Ontario, Canada from September 9-12, 2001. This Symposium has been
held regularly since 1968 and is an outstanding forum for the presentation
of advanced research results in both theoretical and experimental
development. The emphasis of the Symposium is the interchange of
ideas and experience among researchers in different areas of acoustical
imaging.
The 26th IAIS will be held at the Cleary International Centre, which is located in downtown Windsor along the Detroit River. The host hotels, which include The Radisson Riverfront Hotel, The Hilton Windsor and The Travelodge Downtown Windsor, are all located at the foot of the Cleary International Centre and are within walking distance to downtown restaurants, the Art Gallery of Windsor, Casino Windsor and local shopping.
