DEPARTMENTOF ATHLETICS LAUNCHES LOYALTY APP
TheDepartment of Athletics is pleased to announce the
launch of the Lancer Loyalty program, a new interactive
app thatwill bring together the Lancer family.
Lancer Loyalty is a fan loyalty and engagement platform that
will allow the department to engage and communicatewithour
fanbase. Through the app, fans accumulate points by attending
different varsity events, fitness classes, participating in intramurals,
and checking inon socialmedia, just toname a fewways.
“TheLancer Loyaltyprogramhas allowedus to expandour
rewards program significantly and is allowingus to connectwith
our fanbase in a newway,” says ElisaMitton, sports information
co-ordinator.
Themore fans attend, the faster they accrue points. Fans can
also earnpoints for engagingwith the platform andour sponsor
brands. Once users reach certainpoint levels, they can receive
unique prizes and experiences for being great fans. From t-shirts to
a free teeth cleaning, fans can get it all—right through the app.
Users of theappwill also receivepushnotifications on their
mobilephone, just likea textmessagewould, to remind themof
upcomingevents andpromotions happening inandaround theSt.
DenisCentre, andwill alsobeeligible for in-gameprizingwhen they
check inon socialmedia.
Theapp canbedownloadeddirectly from theAppleAppStoreor
GooglePlayStore. Users just have to search for “Lancer Loyaltyor
Windsor Lancers” and scroll downuntil they see theLancer Shield.
TheLancer Loyaltyprogram is open toall fans of theWindsor
Lancers including students, facultyand staff, communitymembers,
andparents.
