TAILGATING PARTY
5 pm- 7 pm
Live music, a delicious BBQ, prizes and
photos with the Lancer mascot are just
some of the activities planned for this
pre-game party in the area of the
St. Denis Centre/Alumni Field.
LANCER FOOTBALL GAME
7 pm – 10 pm
Cheer for the Blue and Gold! Special
half-time entertainment is planned
to rev up the fans. Fan giveaways and
special cheering sections are just a
few of the activities scheduled for this
memorable home game.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22
WINDSOR LANCER FUN RUN
8 am – 10 am
Alumni, high school students, and
athletes of all shapes and sizes from
our community will gather for a 5K
and 10K fun run. Alumni who own
physiotherapy and massage clinics will
be invited to provide their services to
participants. Proceeds go to Lancer
Blue & Gold scholarships.
BREAKFAST WRAP-UP EVENT
10 am – Noon
A casual, continental breakfast will be
offered in the St. Denis Centre Activity
Room to reminisce about the weekend
and send off all our visitors with a
celebratory mimosa toast in anticipation
of an exciting anniversary year ahead.
DINE AROUND WINDSOR PROMOTION
Attendees of the 50th Anniversary
Weekend will be able to access a special
listing of featured local restaurants that
have become UWindsor’s partners in
the celebration. Featured restaurants
will offer a special discount or themed
menu with vouchers available to
download through UWindsor’s 50th
Anniversary Weekend website:
