The
Intellectual Property Legal Information Network (also known as
IPLIN) is an organization operating under the auspices of the
University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law. Through the generous
support of the Law Foundation of Ontario and the Faculty of Law,
IPLIN is dedicated to providing public legal education and a reliable
resource centre for the dissemination of information to those
within the Windsor-Essex County community who have questions regarding
Intellectual Property or Innovation Law.
In
the summer 2004, IPLIN conducted a needs-assessment study of the
Windsor-Essex County community to determine whether there is a
need for public legal education and other resources on intellectual
property law or innovation law matters.
