About Us

This website was assembled and posted in fulfillment of the course requirements for the Technical Communication Skills (64-496) class, which is offered through the Department of Physics at the University of Windsor. In the spirit of friendliness, we would like introduce ourselves and say a few words about our present and future endeavours:

Roman Atanasov

Welcome to our website! I am currently a 4th year physics and high technology student at the University of Windsor, planning on graduating summer 2007. In the near future, as far as education goes, I hope to be working on my master’s degree. My interests are primarily in small particle physics, but nothing is set in stone. My family and I are originally from Russia and Bulgaria, where we lived before moving to U.S.A. I have some usual hobbies such as movies, reading and sports, however my favourite is participating in martial arts, particularly judo.

Welcome to our multi-media instructional module. I hope that you find this site helpful in learning about alternative fuels and stimulates your interest in the topic. My name is Eric Vyskocil, and at the time of creating this site, I am a 4th year Physics and High Technology undergraduate student at the University of Windsor. At the University of Windsor, my research interests have included electron impact excitation of atomic sulfur. I have accepted an offer of admission to the M. Sc. in Physics program at the University of British Columbia starting in September 2007.

Matthew Williams

Hello! I hope that you have enjoyed the website and that it has been of use to you. I'm a 21-year-old Windsor native (graduate from Holy Names High School) and I am currently finishing up my second-last semester of undergraduate schooling in the Physics and High Technology Co-op program. While here, I've studied a lot of interesting science and technology, particularly in the area of atomic and molecular physics. In the fall, I'll be continuing my studies at McMaster University in the field of theoretical high energy physics. Outside of school, I enjoy playing and writing music, long-distance running, and travelling.
