Dr. Fleisher's Bio

Dr. Craig Fleisher is the faculty advisor of the University of Windsor chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society (GKIHS). In this role, he offers advice to the student executive as well as provides support for the chapter's activities and to its student members. He holds the Odette Research Chair and is Professor of Management (Strategy and Entrepreneurship) in the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He has been a dean, MBA director, area head, and/or Professor on the faculties of Wilfrid Laurier University and the Universities of Calgary and New Brunswick (Canada), Pittsburgh (USA), Sydney (Australia), Waikato (NZ) and held industry positions in mortgage banking management and strategy consulting His research in the areas of competitive intelligence, corporate public affairs (PA) management and assessing organizational performance has resulted in seven books and over 120 published articles or book chapters. His most recent books include Competitive Intelligence and Global Business (Praeger, 2005) and The Handbook of Public Affairs (Sage, forthcoming 2005). His Ph.D. in Business Administration is from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Fleisher has a long history with Golden Key. He is a Golden Key member, founding chapter advisor (U. of New Brunswick), and former GK Chapter President (U. of Florida).
