Dear PSAS Participants:

All plans are now in place for the PSAS meeting next week, and we are looking forward to welcoming you to Windsor.  The following information is intended to supplement the information already contained in the Second Announcement on the PSAS web page .


Travel Information

Complete information about ground transportation to the University of Windsor campus via Toronto and via Detroit is available on the PSAS web page at http://web2.uwindsor.ca/psas/Housing_and_Meals.html.  Those staying on campus should go first to the student residence, Alumni Hall (9 on the campus map), and then to the registration desk located in the CAW Student Centre (37 on the campus map) on July 21.


Important Locations on Campus

33 Health Education Centre (Toldo Building) for the main conference venue

Registration Desk

The registration desk will open at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 21.  The desk will be located on the second floor of the CAW Student Centre (37 on the campus map).  For the remainder of the conference, the registration desk will be moved to the Health Education Centre (33 on the campus map).


Opening Reception
 
The opening reception will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the CAW Student Centre. It will begin with a wine tasting between 6:00 and 7:00 hosted by the Colchester Ridge Estate Winery, together with hors d'ouvres.  The reception will continue with wine by the glass and hors d'ouvres until 9:00.


Scientific Program

The complete scientific program of oral presentations is available from the PSAS web page: http://web2.uwindsor.ca/psas/Oral_presentations.html. All scientific sessions will be held in Room 104 of the Health Education
Centre (33 on the campus map).


Poster Session

The poster session will be held on Tuesday afternoon, July 22 in the open area outside of Room 104 in the Health Sciences Centre.  The complete list of poster papers will be available shortly on the PSAS web page.  Posters should be in place before 2:00 PM, and taken down at the end of the session.
