The University must make the prescribed documents available on the premises of the University, or at such other location agreed upon by the University and the Member.
The University must allow the person making the inspection to make extracts from or to copy the prescribed documents and information. This inspection is allowed no more than once a year.
Documents filed with the Pension Commission of Ontario (including actuarial reports and cost certificates) can be inspected at the offices of the Commission.
