Registration Rules: o Registration fees are payable in Canadian $ by Credit Card only (VISA and Master Card).
o At least one Author’s registration (at the delegate rate) per accepted paper must be received by the early registration deadline for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings and the Conference Program.
o Delegate registration fee includes: the proceedings published in Elsevier CIRP Procedia, a memory stick, with the conference papers, conference material, all lunches, refreshments, and the welcome reception and banquet.
o Accompanying Persons registration fee includes: conference material and social events (welcome reception and banquet).
o Student registration fee applies to graduate students (with proof of valid Master or PhD status). It includes: the proceedings published in Elsevier CIRP Procedia, a memory stick, with the conference papers, conference material, all lunches, refreshments, and the welcome reception and banquet.
o Partial refund (50%) for cancellation received by 31 March 2014. No refund for cancellations received after this date, however substitutions organized by 15 April 2014 is possible. All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
o Last minute registration on-site is possible, although not preferable. Cash payment only (in Canadian dollars).
