Dr. Maoh is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Windsor. He has extensive expertise in land use and travel demand modeling, including the development and refinement of IUMs to simulate land use and transportation processes. He also has considerable experience in expanding IUMs to enable them to produce sustainable indicators (including air pollution concentrations). He is the priniciple investigator of the SMARTPLANS project and will guide the development, transferability and application of the land use and transportation models in SMARTPLANS.
Mr. Shakil Khan
Shakil Khan is a senior transportation research engineer at the Cross-Border Institute (CBI), where he has been working full time since 2012. He is also a PhD student in the Department of Civil Engineering at University of Windsor, Windsor, Ontario.
