Dr. Maoh is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Windsor. He has extensive expertise in land use and travel demand modeling, including the development and refinement of IUMs to simulate land use and transportation processes. He also has considerable experience in expanding IUMs to enable them to produce sustainable indicators (including air pollution concentrations). He is the priniciple investigator of the SMARTPLANS project and will guide the development, transferability and application of the land use and transportation models in SMARTPLANS.

Shakil Khan is a senior transportation research engineer at the Cross-Border Institute (CBI), where he has been working full time since 2012. Shakil received his PhD and MASc. degrees from the Department of Civil Engineering at University of Windsor, Windsor, Ontario with specialization in transportation modeling. He has participated in numerous transportation research projects at CBI. His research expertise are in discrete choice modelling, GIS spatial analysis, freight transportation analysis, traffic simulations and Stated Preference (SP) survey design. Shakil is also an active member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and holds the designation of Professional Engineer from PEO, the licensing and regulating body for engineering in Ontario.

Terence Dimatulac is a transportation and GIS analyst at the Cross-Border Institute (CBI), where he has been working full time since 2016. Terence received his MASc degree in civil engineering from the University of Windsor with specialization in transportation modeling. He has been involved in several transportation research project since joining CBI. He is currently a PhD candidate in civil engineering at the University of Windsor. His research expertise are in land use and transportation modeling, travel demand modeling modeling, GIS spatial analysis, Stated Preference (SP) survey design and data analysis.
