Grades

Processing of Grades: After examinations, all grades are sent 
to the Dean's office to be approved. They are then sent to the Registrar's Office to be entered into the Student's record. Average and year level calculations are then performed and the Student's record updated again. The Academic Standing Committee of each College reviews the academic records of students at the conclusion of the Winter term each year and makes decisions as appropriate in light of cumulative and major averages achieved.
 

This process should be complete and therefore a completed record be available for viewing on the New Student Web SIS 

by:
May 22,2000 Winter Semester
August 1, 2000 Intersession
September 15, 2000 Summer Session
January 19, 2000 Fall Semester
