a) Amendments to the Constitution: name change to include "administrators"; addition of two more elected reps on exec comm; also committee chairs to be ex officio members of exec comm; b) formation of a Pension Monitoring Committee; c) reviving periodic lunch meetings.

5) Reports from Treasurer; Committee Chairs.

6) Annual Elections


FALL GENERAL MEETING WILL FEATURE ELECTIONS AND REPORTS TO MEMBERSHIP

The leading items on the agenda for this year's Fall Meeting will be the election of officers and of the Executive Committee for the year ahead, and reports from the current Executive Committee to the Membership.

MEMBERS ARE REMINDED THAT ANNUAL DUES OF TEN DOLLARS, FOR THE YEAR OCT/97 TO OCT/98, MAY BE PAID AT THE OCTOBER MEETING.

DUES MAY BE PAID AT ANY TIME, OF COURSE. BUT PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE LEDGER TIDY BY PAYING BEFORE THE END OF DECEMBER, 1997! THANKS VERY MUCH!!

VISIT PLANNED TO CRANBROOK MUSEUM, WITH
LUNCH AT MOREL'S RESTAURANT, DETROIT: ALL WELCOME!

Bob Whitehurst advises as follows:

We will car-pool and leave Windsor at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th, drive north onI-75 to the Reuther freeway (696), then go west to Woodward Ave,, go north to entry of Cranbrook academy-just north of Lone Pine Rd. on west side of Woodward, go to art museum on grounds where we'll meet at 10:00. After seeing grounds, museum or taking a house tour available there, we will drive south to Maple Rd. (15 mile), go west to Telegraph Rd., then south to Morel's resturant, at about 30100 Telegraph, just north of 12 mile. We will meet there for lunch at 1:00 p.m. Call Bob Whitehurst for details and/or to arrange ride. RSVP before Oct. 7th so we can make lunch reservations.
