HERE IS THE TIMETABLE FOR OUR ELECTION BY MAIL



1. ELECTION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Executive Committee consists of four persons, elected as provided in the Constitution. They are: The President, the Secretary-Treasurer, and two elected committee members.

It was agreed at the Fall 1994 meeting that the new executive will take office on May 1st, 1995, and will remain in office until November 1st, 1996.

2. NOMINATIONS

If you wish to nominate for one or more of these offices, please use the Nomination Form below.

Any persons you nominate must indicate in writing that they accept the nomination.

Thus you should: EITHER : Have them endorse your nomination form,

OR: Ask them to send their acceptance to the Ass'n in writing.

All nomination forms must be received by the Association by February 1st, 1995.

3. THE ELECTION

Immediately after Feb. 1st, 1995, all members will be sent the names of all nominees for each post, and a ballot on which to indicate their choices. These will probably be contained in The Newsletter for Jan/Feb 1995. A deadline will be set for returning the ballots, probably around mid-March, and the results made known soon thereafter.
