I joined the University of Windsor in 2006. I am trained as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and work in the Applied Social Psychology Area in the Department of Psychology.

I work in a Social Psychology program that applies social psychology theory and research to improve well-being and solve real-world problems. The diversity of faculty and the different perspectives that are brought to bear on issues makes for dynamic and innovative research projects.
