Prior to joining the University of Windsor
Odette School of Business , I operated
my own marketing
research consulting practice in Toronto, worked as a Senior
Consultant with
Arthur D. Little Inc., in London, England, was Section Manager
of Marketing Research and Planning at Bell Canada in Toronto, and was
a Marketing Analyst at Xerox Canada Inc., in Toronto.
My research interests are in the areas of consumer
decision and choice processes, advertising effectiveness, and
country-of-origin effects. My publications have appeared in the
Transportation Research Record, Journal of Marketing Research,
Advances in Consumer Research, Journal of Advertising Research,
Asia-Pacific Journal of Management, Canadian
Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Research in
Marketing, Dutch Journal of Marketing, European Advances in Consumer
Research, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, European
Journal of Marketing, Journal of International Business Studies,
Journal of African Business, and numerous conference proceedings.

I am the faculty advisor for the University of Windsor team
to the Manitoba International Marketing Competition.
I am also the faculty advisor for the University of Windsor
team to the International
Collegiate Business Strategy Competition.
Whenever funding permits, I
participate in the activities
of the American Marketing Association, Association for
Consumer Research, Decision Sciences Institute, Administrative Sciences
Association of Canada, Academy of International Business, Academy
of Business Administration, and Association of Management.
