The date for early registration fee has passed - the late registration fee of $390 still includes lunch and [except Friday] dinner, coffee breaks each day, admission to four receptions, and a copy of the conference proceedings to be published on CD-Rom).

From the menu at the top of this page you can also access the instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript (Instructions for Authors and Commentators), information about the three pre-conference workshops to be held May 18  (Workshops), and information about accommodations available in Windsor during the conference (Accommodations).  Other options available on the menu are information about the Blair prize (which is awarded to a paper by a graduate student that is especially worthy of recognition), and information about the Summer Institute to be held in connection with the conference.
