page. The date for early registration fee has passed - the late
registration fee of $390 still includes lunch and [except Friday]
dinner, coffee breaks each day, admission to four receptions, and a copy
of the conference proceedings to be published on CD-Rom).

also access the instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript
(Instructions for Authors and Commentators), information about the three pre-conference
workshops to be held May 18 (Workshops), and information about
accommodations available in Windsor during the conference (Accommodations). Other

(which is awarded to a paper by a graduate student that is especially
