Please be advised that a motion will be made at the 2003 Annual General Meeting to make a donation from the South Channel Association contingency fund to the Parry Sound Health Centre in the amount of $3,000.

Please be advised that that a motion will be made at the 2003 Annual General Meeting to change the South Channel Association Constitution and by-laws, to wit: Change the fiscal year from the calendar year to a fiscal year of June 1 to May 31.
