Membership Report

The membership campaign for the year 2004 was successful in registering 100 South Channel Association members. We were pleased to see that 10 of those members were new members to the association or had returned after a few years away. It is important that we attract new members but even more important that we retain the members from year to year. Don’t hesitate to contact the executive if you have a concern.

As we move into our 31^st. year as an association we will strive to improve upon our membership numbers. The membership campaign letters and renewal forms will be distributed in early January. As in the past, property owners who are not yet members, will be contacted as well. Since quite a few cottages changed hands over the last 2 years, we hope the new owners will see the importance of joining this worthwhile association. Please assist us by speaking to your cottage neighbours next summer about the SCA and Georgian Bay Association initiatives. Thank you for your continued support
