ID numbers for a race
The use of ID numbers was established because originally we thought we'd
just recycle our club member BIB numbers and have them bring their own
from last week. "RIGHT". Hence a telephone directory which holds
15000 names allowed us to assign an ID number for all the birth, sex, and
type of runner data, so the registration of previous runners would be a
snap. The system works very well in fact for the last race of the year
we might only have 10 to 15 new registrants.
