Control - Refusal Process
The control at the "Front Desk" can be handled one of three ways 1) by
keyboard entry of member's ID number, 2) by a bar code card swipe or 3)
by a magnetic stripe card swipe. The control is based on two parameters
1. Today's date being less than or equal to the member's expiry date
2. That the member's account is paid at today's date point in time
If a member is in default the screen notifies the member and a record can
be printed out for the manager.
If a member is within a month of expiry date the screen also notifies the
member and can also be printed for the manager.
