Notification of Pending Expiry Date



One of the great things about using a computer as an entry system is that it can alert the owner about all kinds of things about club members.
One important piece of member data is the pending loss of a current member. Current data indicate that fitness clubs generally retain less than 15-20 percent of their members year after year. The object of this section is to advise the staff (when the member is in the club) that the member needs to renew their membership within the next few days. Statistics also show that a member who lets their membership lapse is much more difficult to convince that they MUST renew!
