1. Your computer must have a full duplex sound board.. with a plug in for a microphone and also one for a set of ear phones. If you are currently using microphone you will be ok.

Once you decide to use the system you have to use a credit card to pay a minimum of $10.00 at a time for "North American" service which gives you UNLIMITED calling from your computer to any phone in North America for $1.99US per month! 3. You then have to decide whether you use
- a mic and your computers speakers... about $10.00US
- a mic/headset combination... about $15.00US
