Subject: how does one get here? First of all it takes us about 20 minutes to get to town to pick you up... so if you want to phone us when you are about 20 minutes away from the Marina our number is 705-746-5785.

From 400 either north or south take exit 224 Bowes Street exit. Ignore all other exits unless you missed 224!

When you exit the clover leaf onto Bowes Street heading for the "city centre" you will cross old 69 (a light) then immediately another light for Harvey's and a shopping mall... continue on Bowes street down the hill (sometimes cops hang out on the hill 50k zone) you will come to the third light at the hospital exit get into the left lane and at the top of a rise... there is a fourth light turn left at this fourth light. There is a Dental Clinic on the right hand side as you turn.

Follow the road (??) across the tracks to the end of the road, turn right (after you have stopped). Go under the railroad bridge to the good side of the tracks (yeah!) Carry on (not too far) past a few store like buildings on the left and turn left onto Emily street... Emily is the first street on your left! I don't think there are any streets on the right either so this move should not be difficult! Follow Emily street out of town about 2 miles.

Georgian Bay Marina is just before our Marina ROSEPOINT MARINA (big green sign on the right). Turn in to the Marina take the left fork in the road and drive down to the water.. take note of the parking lots this info is of use later ...turn right along behind the office repair shop building and drop any luggage off at the far end of the office building. Take your car back up to the parking lots that you passed on your way in (see the knowledge of the parking lots was important). Rosepoint charges $5.00/day to park and you should tell them that you are parked in their lot and when you will leave. I also think they may give you a visitor's parking pass for your windshield.
