Database Setup
The databases for this system are 3 in number. They are set up in a
relation
manner with the contract number being the link among them.
The contract number can range from 1 to 6 digits in length.
The first database contains all of the data related to name, sex, birthdate,
address, phone numbers, type of membership etc.
The second database (which is password protected) contains all of the
financial data. Things like down payments, monthly payments, total cost,
non payment status, and expiry date are in this database.
The third database monitors individual member club use.
Individual testing of fitness levels is currently handled through an
alternate piece of software called EDUFIT.
