The conference registration fee covers admission to all aspects of the conference including all scientific sessions and workshops, reception, and, except for the Student category, the conference banquet. Banquet tickets for guests or others wishing to attend can be purchased for a fee as per the schedule below.
To qualify for the early bird rate, payment must be received by March 26, 2012. On-line registration closes June 4, 2012. After this date, registration must take place on-site.

REFUND POLICY
Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify CORS (caronwendyl@sympatico.ca) by May 28 to receive a refund less a $40 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 28 will not be refunded.
