B.O.M. Club

The Beyond Ordinary Motivation club is a university club formed to help students in different ways. It is not there to replace Academic Mediation by Science Society, but we strive to give extra help to students by providing a set of tutors for various classes. The group was formed in Fall 2006 by Branden Gagne, Omar Zori, and Mukesh Pandey. This year, the club is taking a different approach where interested students are to contact the tutors designated for their class directly. This year the sessions will be run as private tutoring instead of the class tutorials like last year. Essentially, we are providing an easy way to get extra help in many first and second year science courses. We hope that the Beyond Ordinary Motivation Club can help you, be it through the tutorials or the recreational events to come in the future.

A message from the Dean of Science,

I am pleased to offer my congratulations to Beyond Ordinary Motivation (B.O.M), a student created and student oriented club with a mandate to provide excellent peer tutoring services for science students. This initiative shows the high quality of our science students and their dedication to the academic community. This valuable service will enhance our teaching and learning environment and this benefits us all. Good luck in your second year.
